A:We will confirm voltage and plug with our customers and produce machines as their requests.

3.Q:Is there any place could make the record to see how many people play one day?
A.Yes, we have added a consumer statistic function in the machine which mean you can check all records for which date, which movie, what time, how many people & total amount, it is easy for us check the information we need.

4.Q:How to assemble and disassemble your machine in our country ?
A. First, we will offer you a install video and instructions with PDF or paperwork so that customers can install and operate by themselves;
    Second, customers can arrange their staffs come to China and then we will train them how to install and operate them face to face by free;

    Third, if the customers can pay the air tickets and book hotels for our technician, we can install the offer fee training to you until they learn it well. 

5. Q: What is the shipping cost to my country?

    A: If you have your own forwarder, they can pick them up from our factory or send to their warehouse.
