1. How about the warranty of VR equipment?
We support 12months warranty, and lifetime technical support. Also will send you the new part to exchange the damage when has any problem during the warranty period.

2. How about the shipping?
A. EXW term,you or your forwarder should arrange the shipping and pick up the goods from our factory.

B. CIF term,we will arrange the shipping and loading to your port.

C.For Air or sea transportation, all are according clients' request.

3. What's the payment term?

Here are our pament terms, T/T, western union, Alibaba trade assurance and so on.

(30 % deposit, 70 % balance before delivery).

4. What is the type of your movies?

Horror, thriller, cartoon, roller coaster, car racing movies ect. Suitable for adult and kids.

About 3-10 minutes each movie. If you want to be shorter or longer, please let us know.

5. Are you the manufacturer or trader?

Yes, of course. All of our product are designed and customized as you want, such as colors, printing, pattern, logo and so on.

7.Different coins from different countries can be acceptable to coin selector? How about cash?
