We support one year warranty, and lifetime technical support. Also will send you the new part to exchange the damage when has any problem during the warranty period.

6. Do we need to install VR when receive it ?
We already assembled well the machine before delivery, which no need the installation, means when customer receives the goods, just follow our attached user manual, and plug the power and open all computers, then it can work smoothly.

7. When will you update the games? Will you charge or free?
We will update the games every year, and it is free for you.

8. What's the payment term?
We accept TT(bank transfer) to our bank account or western union, Alibaba trade assurance
(30% deposit ,and 70% balance before delivery).
