1. Do we need to install VR when receive it ?
There is no need to install VR upon receiving the machine. It is fully assembled before delivery. Simply follow the attached user manual, plug in the power, and turn on all computers for smooth operation.
2. How about the shipping?
A. Under EXW terms, you handle shipping and pick up goods from our factory.
B. Under CIF terms, we arrange shipping and deliver to your port.
C. Both air and sea transportation are available, depending on your preference.
3. What's minimum order and how long will you ship ?
The minimum order is 1pc as normal, we will deliver in 7 working days after receiving deposit, and receiving the balance then can arrange the delivery.
4. The Voltage is different in our country. What should we do?
No worries, we can provide it in 110V-220V to meet your standard.
5.Do you have any Certificate for the VR?
Yes, our VR have CE, ROHS, SGS...If you require any additional certificates, pls tell our sales team, and we will help to get them.
6. When will you update the games? Will you charge or free?
