1. When will you update the games? Will you charge or free?
We will update the games every month, and it is free for you.
2.Do you have any Certificate for the VR?
Yes, our VR have CE, ROHS, SGS...If you require any additional certificates, pls tell our sales team, and we will help to get them.
3. How about the shipping?
A. EXW trade term,you should arrange the shipping and take the goods from our factory.
B. CIF trade term,we will arrange the shipping and loading to your port.
C. Air or sea transportation, all are according clients' request.
4. What's minimum order and how long will you ship ?
The minimum order is 1pc as normal, we will deliver in 7 working days after receiving deposit, and receiving the balance then can arrange the delivery.
5. Do we need to install VR when receive it ?
We already assembled well the machine before delivery, which no need the installation, means when customer receives the goods, just follow our attached user manual, and plug the power and open all computers, then it can work smoothly.
