1. Who makes the VR machines—are you the factory or a trader?
We play both roles! We manufacture our VR hardware in-house and provide comprehensive product solutions to match all business requirements.
2. How does payment work for international clients?
Orders require a 30% deposit via T/T wire transfer to begin build, and the balance (70%) is settled before we ship the equipment out.
3. How long will I wait for my VR order to arrive?
After paying the 30% deposit, production takes 7–15 workdays. Shipping takes an additional 15–45 days depending on your location and chosen shipping terms (EXW or CIF).
4. What games and videos come with the machine?
You get an assortment of thrills: roller coasters, racing, horror, suspense, plus family-friendly animations. Sessions last 3–10 minutes for optimal venue turnover.
5. What if our country uses 110V instead of 220V?
No problem! We pre-configure devices for universal 110V–220V voltage support to fit North American, European, and Asian grids seamlessly.
6. What is the minimum quantity I can order?
